Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Prime Stage Productions LLP ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms, along with a signed event proposal or contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional event production, management, and design services, including but not limited to staging, lighting, audiovisuals, and decor ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for your event will be detailed in a separate, signed proposal or contract.

3. Booking, Payments, and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your event date and our Services. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event date will require payment of the full contract amount.
• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will make a good-faith effort to accommodate a new date within six (6) months of the original date.
• Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event we must cancel, our liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received from you.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the event venue, necessary permits, and a safe working environment for our staff and vendors. You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by your guests or other vendors not contracted by us.

6. Intellectual Property and Media

All creative concepts, designs, and plans developed by us remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph and video our work at your event for our portfolio, marketing, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the total fees paid by you to us. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for the failure of any third-party vendor not directly contracted by us.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Stage Productions LLP, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure is due to acts of God, public-health crises, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and the updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
